Please kindly wait to book your accommodations until we’ve confirmed whether we’re able to offer you a room at Il Falconiere. We expect to relay this information in September. While we’d love to host everyone onsite, space is limited. If we're unable to offer you a room, we'll provide recommendations in nearby Cortona, with shuttles running between Cortona and Il Falconiere for all events.

Shuttles will be provided to and from Cortona for those not staying at the venue. Information on pick-up and drop-off points as well as timing will be provided as we get closer to the date.

Yes, parking is available at the venue.

Summer in Italy can be quite hot and many events will be held outdoors. To ensure your comfort, we will provide parasols, water and everything you need to stay cool and relaxed.

Most of the festivities will take place outdoors, so we recommend wearing shoes that are comfortable on grass and uneven surfaces. If you plan to wear heels, opt for block or chunky styles for better comfort and stability.

Due to limited capacity at our venue, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests or plus ones. We truly appreciate your understanding and are so grateful to celebrate with you.

The Tuscan Dinner and Wedding Day will be adult-only affairs. We welcome children to the Benvenuti in Italia event and Pool Party. To make the weekend enjoyable and stress-free, we are happy to assist in arranging childcare for parents who need it.
